· A completed W9 form

Prices are specified to each business's needs. Recurring monthly services generally start around: 

$275 for up to 100 transactions and up to 4 accounts

$525 for up to 250 transactions and up to 6 accounts

$775 for up to 500 transactions and up to 10 accounts
